Short Video Clip Sample (#94)

Use buttons to reveal short video sequences

A client asked me to mock-up a video interface for him. For this I used stock video that I had collected and a template from the Community. This was actually Challenge #94, but since I didn’t do anything original here, I didn’t post it there.

The idea here is to ask questions, rather than have buttons. The video provides in the answer. But this layout could be useful in a number of situations:

  • Watch the video first, then ask a question about it.
  • Use the buttons to indicate what the user will see (as in the sample).
  • Present the videos in a process sequence or task sequence.

The possibilities are endless.
